Natalie Miles

A circus artist and musician from New Zealand, Natalie spent her childhood running around on a farm feeding chickens, painting, dancing, practicing classical music and generally keeping her brain and body busy. As an artist, she likes to incorporate other artistic disciplines into her performances, creating effects that can only be found or made from combining disciplines. She is particularly interested in incorporating sound and music into her performances in different ways.

She moved to the Netherlands after studying at Centro de las Artes del Circo Rogelio Rivel in Barcelona, Spain. Since then, she has completed the video project Sensory Cyr (co-produced by Rotterdam Circusstad) and has just finished her first solo show Figment, premiering at the beginning of 2023.
